Thank you to the Veteran's Honor Roll Committee for hosting our annual Amity Friendship day and making it a great success!

Upcoming Meetings:

The next selectmen meeting previously scheduled for Wednesday July 15th, at 4pm has been rescheduled for Wednesday, July 22nd at 4pm at the Amity Town Office.

The next Veteran's Honor roll committee meeting will be held on Thursday, 8/20/26 at 9am at the Amity Town Office.

ATV REGISTRATIONS

We have received the new 2027 ATV stickers from inland fisheries and wildlife. Due to a supply issue and delay, I currently only have 20 stickers and won't be receiving more for 3-4 weeks.

If you need to rereg an ATV please try to process through the online portal at https://apps1.web.maine.gov/online/atv_snow/index.htm

New registrations need to be processed in the office, so if you are able to rereg online, please do, that way I will have enough for new registrations until more stickers come in.

Good news everyone, the BMV Mobile units are coming back. This means that those in need of license renewals will not need to travel all the way to a branch. Click this link for details:

Bottle Drive for Veteran's Honor Roll

The Veteran's Honor Roll Committee would love your returnables! We are currently collecting returnables at the town office to turn in for more funds for the new Veteran's Honor roll. We just ask that you please rinse before dropping them off.

The Veteran's Honor Roll committee brought a load of cans/ bottles to Seiders and Geno complemented how considerate our donors were for washing out the cans and bottles; thank you for all that have donated so far, we are going to continue the bottle drive, so keep'em coming!

Thank you very much for all the volunteer efforts and fundraising support for our Veteran's Honor Roll, and special thanks to our committee members for keeping this project moving forward!

2026 Dog licenses are now available, dogs must have a current rabies vaccination and must be licensed by January 31, 2026 to avoid a $25 late fee. Dogs that have been spayed/neutered licenses cost $6; dogs that are still intact licenses cost $11.
